SUMMARY:2-Gun Match
DESCRIPTION:The match will consist of 4-6 stages. Each stage may be rifle only\, pistol only or a combination of both. \n\n\n\nWhile it is set up as a competition\, it is not an overly competitive environment for new shooters. Just come and have fun.  Distances will vary from arm’s length to 150 yards.  Combined round count will not exceed 125 rounds if shot clean.  Stages are set up so they can be completed with only iron sights. \n\n\n\nStages are designed to challenge and increase the shooter’s weapon handling skills through physical exertion as well as shooting from unnatural positions. \n\n\n\nThe use of Sig Sauer P320 and M18 pistols are expressly forbidden. \n\n\n\nhttps://greenrivergunclub.com/2-gun/

SUMMARY:Steel Plate Match
DESCRIPTION:We typically shoot 3 stages for a match. Each stage is shot five (5) times with the four (4) best scores on the stage being counted. The steel plates will be from 10 to 25 yards away and maybe shot in any order as long as the designated stop plate is hit last. Makeup shots on missed plates are allowed. \n\n\n\nClasses: \n\n\n\n\nRim fire Iron sights\n\n\n\nRim fire Optic\n\n\n\nRim fire Rifle\n\n\n\nCenterfire (no optics)\n\n\n\nOpen (optics allowed)\n\n\n\nPCC (Pistol Caliber Carbine)\n\n\n\n\nAll firearms must be in pistol or 22 rim fire calibers only. The use of Sig Sauer P320 and M18 pistols are expressly forbidden. No rifle calibers or shotguns are allowed. Green River Gun Club runs a COLD range.
