We had a great initial opening rate for the first renewal email. A second will be going out soon. We’re down to only 20 members with no email address so that’s finally a manageable number. If you have any issues receiving your renewal notice, please email the Club Secretary at [email protected] and he’ll straighten it out.
We’re one third through the renewal period and right on pace with renewals from previous years. Online payments are outpacing check payments by a 3 to 1 margin. That’s a great thing, online renewals remove the potential for human error in the process and streamline everything. Online payments are the only way to use a credit/debit card this year.
Starting tomorrow you can make in person cash payments at Mammoth Outdoors Licensed FFL Dealer located at 4848 Scottsville Road.

The renewal deadline is February 29, 2024. We now have over 375 people on the waiting list. The first round of invitations will go out via email the first week of March.
